Our daily special at Yadoshita Kichian is young sardine (Shirasu) caught at Maisaka in Hamamatsu city.

It goes perfectly well with beers, Japanese sake, or/and with any other beverages as these sardines have

fantastic bitter, yet sweet taste!

Please come and enjoy this Shirasu in raw with soysauce and ginger.
