タタミイワシ (Tatami Iwashi)

舞阪の生しらす、釜揚げしらす、絶品ですよね~

 

でもその新鮮な生のシラスをに平らに並べて板状にして干した当店の自家製の一品、

 

『タタミイワシ』

Raw sardines, boiled sardines are one of the great recipies here in Tokai area.

 

Yet, we cannot forget about this ingredient, “Tatami-Iwashi”, which is known as

sheet of dried sardines.  It has very similar texture as chips with great scent of ocean

when we broil them.

 

Please come stop by at Yadoshita Kichan and enjoy our Tatami-Iwashi with soy-sauce

or mayonnaise with Japanese pepper spices.

It goes perfectly well with beers and other beverages!
