“Doyo no Ushi no Hi”

The above phrase is known as the day when people in Japan eat Unagi (aka fresh-water eel) that started back in Edo period.  It is one of the cultural days where we eat Unagi, in which we believe that Unagi’s nutrition provide us energy to overcome the summer fatigue. This is rather a true fact, Unagi does have great nutritious values, containing good amounts of vitamins and minerals.

We will provide Unagi fillets as grilled in Kabayaki style (something very similar to teriyaki sauce) or served with soysauce and wasabi.

The picture shown above is Shirayaki style (soysauce and wasabi) .

Please stop by to Yadoshita Kichian to enjoy this best Unagi!
